    Excellent Machining Performance

    This product series has been carefully designed. In addition to belt-type head, it is also optional to choose a high-rigidity gearbox spindle. It is highly durable in heavy-load cutting and provides high machining efficiency.

    1. Optional built-in and high-speed spindle is suitable for molding machining, making the surface smooth.
    2. Optional manual or semi-automatic 90o horizontal milling head for 5-face machining center.
    3. Z axis with high rigidity box ways design for heavy duty cutting.
    Superior Machine Structure
    1. Column of large cross sectional area ensures rigidity and machining stability of the machine.
    2. Beam of large cross sectional area is step type linear way design. Guide way with large span, small distance between spindle and slider, and small turning torque make the structural rigidity better.
    3. With pioneering super rigid structure of multi-slider for Y axis guide way, the structure is high resistance to vibration, strong rigidity and good stability.
    4. Z axis with wide box ways design and box-shaped head reduces the weight of the machine head and increase the sensitive machining reaction, showing excellent rigidity.
    5. Z axis employs dual oil cylinder balance system, making sure that ball screw and spindle move smoothly, maintaining high repeatability positioning accuracy.
    6. The X and Y-axis employ high rigidity linear ways with strong rigidity and excellent in dynamic performance imported from Germany. The imported large diameter solid screws have advantages, such as compact structure, smooth movement and high precision.
    HEAD STRUCTURE

    Spindle with High Accuracy and High Performance!!
    Optional belt-type spindle or built-in type spindle meet different machining requirements. The speed range is 8000-18000rpm.

    ZF gearhead:
    Provides high torque at low speed for heavy duty cutting; high power for machining requirement of the workpiece with smooth surface. The lubrication system in the gearbox maintains good operation and keeps gearbox at constant temperature.
